I am a 72 year old woman, the attendant wanted me to unhook the trailer myself, told me to just crank the handle but the trailer did not have a handle. He eventually came out to help me but left twice to help other customers. The trailer was too heavy for me to attempt to lift it without help.

Jhoi MI didn't get a receipt. The agent didn't come out and go over the truck. The truck was loud and the transmission slipped. I understand about the agent, he was all alone and was busy with other customers.
