Truck was clean, pickup was straightforward. The truck just needs to be in better driving condition before It should be allowed to be rented. Brakes are very squeaky/grinding and have to press very hard. Steering wheel was out of alignment

MELODY BThe location is great and the staff was nice but the truck needs to be retired. It has almost 200,000 miles on it, it is so loud in the cabin that you can't hear the passenger, and the driver's door no longer closes and seals properly. In fact, rain was able to penetrate and wet the seat.
LINDA CHad an appointment for 10:30, and waited over 30 minutes while someone without an appointment was waited on. Truck rented to me was filthy in the back, and I had to clean it myself. Didn’t get any concession from the rental location.
