DENEEN T.Fix the trailer. The handle on the wheel the down broke off when I was loading the car causing me to cut my hand.
William S.Problems getting the rear door opened, (when you finally pull it off hard enough, it's absolutely flies up there at a scary rate), then once we finished loading, that same door was stuck in the open position and it took us 45 minutes to get it to go down. The worst part was the day after I returned it and spoke to Susan at the local U-Haul location about the broken door and she said “oh yeah, we've known about that, U-Haul just hasn't come out and fixed it yet†to which I responded “then why the heck didn't you tell me in advance and why did you give me a broken vehicle? I would like some type of discount to represent our troublesâ€. She said “I don't think we can do that, they won't give you any discountâ€, so I will not be using U-Haul again.
