The only person that could dispatch the rental was 30 minutes late to work, the other workers were rude and literally threatening me from behind the counter. They would not visually assist me in getting the vehicle on the trailer . I was there for 2 hours for this process. Never again
barbra wI wish uhaul offered lighter weight aluminum auto transports - in some cases the trailer weighs as much as the car. Just a thought. if I bought one ever - it WOULD be aluminum and not the much heavier steel. Also - I understand that Uhaul will offer a full deck auto-transport - when?
ROBERT SIt was an easy process
DONNA NDidn’t have dolly I ordered . It was hard to get box open to retrieve key. Called for assistance it took 30 min to get key . He sent me to another location to get dolly . Stated he called and they had one I go out my way to get there only to find out they didn’t have any. Waste of time gas & milage . The. Was still charged for the dolly & extra miles used .
