Great place to rent a U-Haul from… Owners are always respectful and things are available and ready to go…
George RI couldn’t do mobile pick up at all and the location was closed so I had to wait until they arrived so I could get the moving truck and then I received a late fee for not returning the truck on time but didn’t get reimbursed for not getting the truck on time.

Christi AThe parking lot was full of glass and it's out of the way to get to. As far as the self-check in and check out, it was extremely frustrating and irritating. It took a good 1/2 hour for both to be complete. We had a problem at check in and when we called the 800 number, the wait to talk to someone was over an hour. I've aways used Uhaul for our needs, but will think twice the next time.
