How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pick up wasn’t a great experience as the mobile pickup did not work, I had to call customer service because they forgot the key in the truck, we didn’t get a dolly added that I paid for, and a whole new reservation had to be made by my driver. It took over a half an hour just to get the truck.
