Took me forever to find someone to let me get the truck then they had to go find customer to move their cars to get the truck out because the employees would not help

Tow had a bad tire. It was shaking at the beginning of the trip and ended up blowing out while we were driving. Had to wait 1.5 hours for someone to come replace the tire and the rim.
Denorris HManager did the appropriate paperwork and said “the trailer is out back”. That was the extent of his efforts. Weeds and debris make this a little less than I would like to work with…good people…just not very helpful…
