I see nothing to improve on. The fleet is up to par and not run down like it was back in the 70’s. A wonderful experience ubove expectations

ROBERT DEmployee refused to assist us with the tow dolly beyond basic instruction. Requested security chains but none were added on despite seeing them in the office. We had to secure the tow dolly straps ourselves a few times and stop several times to make sure everything was alright, impeding our move. He did work with us being late, which was appreciated.
Alyssa EWe’re not willing to answer questions. They did not hookup the trailer properly with lights or chains. That was left to me to find an adapter and d-rings to ensure my safety.
diane kChicos was very customer friendly and showed they really cared. I was on the road with my U-Haul in less than 10 minutes! I brought the truck back the same day and check in was also quick and easy. Chico’s is a real credit to its customers and community. Highly recommend Chico’s!
