Employee refused to assist us with the tow dolly beyond basic instruction. Requested security chains but none were added on despite seeing them in the office. We had to secure the tow dolly straps ourselves a few times and stop several times to make sure everything was alright, impeding our move. He did work with us being late, which was appreciated.
Alyssa E.We're not willing to answer questions. They did not hookup the trailer properly with lights or chains. That was left to me to find an adapter and d-rings to ensure my safety.

Paul D.Took them OVER A WEEK to check in my trailer that I returned on Monday the 9th. I called several times and even had uhaul calling me about the trailer! I am very disappointed and will likely choose other provider than uhaul after this experience!
