Trailer had a flat tire when rented. Loaded trailer and took it back to Chicos Tire Shop for tire repair. Was told I would have to contact UHaul for tire repair. Why was the trailer rented with a flat tire.Bill C.

I picked up the equipment on June 24th and returned it on June 25th AM.After about 2 weeks I was contacted by Uhaul wanting to know where you equipment was. I was treated as if I had not returned the equipment and question as to what location I used. Well guys, it's not my problem if you can't keep up with your equipment but don't call me and say that I have not returned the equipment. I was told that I returned it to the wrong place, how can that be when I returned it to a Uhaul location after I was told to return it to any Uhaul location? PISSES ME OFF!terry S.

Way out of the way. Had to drive my Uhaul truck from Hoover, Al to Jenison, Al to pick up the trailer. Very inconvenient and used up miles on my truck.valerie M.

The individual at the pick-up location was very friendly. The truck cab was filthy. Drivers side door panel was full of water due to windows been left slightly open. The worst part of this bad experience was dealing with U-Haul itself.Michael B.

The problem was with paying in advance on the UHaul website. When I showed up to pick up the trailer the venders system did not show that it was paid. We had to get customer service involved to straighten everything out which took considerably longer than usual to check out a trailer. The trailer also had the left side tail light out.Stuart P.

When I reserved the truck online, somehow managed to order supplies that I never ordered. It gave me a queen bed cover. I don't own a queen bed. It sent sofa cover. I didn't move a sofa. It sent a flat screen tv box. I don't have a flat tv. The items were credited back to my account. I was greatful for that. When I reserved my 20' truck it was reserved at another location. At 3PM the day before my rental I got TWO text messages confirming a 20' truck rental. One in Clanton and the one the reservation was made at/for and one from Jemison. After calling both locations I discovered my 20' truck was at Jemison and Clanton did not have any trucks. Luckily Jemison is only 10 miles away but it still meant I had to pay 20 extra miles for the truck and an extra 20-30 minutes picking it up/dropping it off. I also reserved a hand truck and was told when I showed up to pick up the truck that one was unavailable. The truck was clean and ran good and the business I picked the truck up from was good - but the entire experience was tainted by the confusion from multiple texts, finding out my truck was at another location, and the missing hand truck.Philip K.

Business is a repair business and it was hard to enter, dirty, and cluttered. Staff was nice and helpful though. Pick-up was scheduled 30 miles from my home and 800 number assistance was not very helpful in finding a more convenient location.Betsy P.

When we were selecting the drop off, the only choices were Bessemer. I told him I wanted Moutain Brook, but I think he was having problems with the software, because it wouldn't come up. He chose the Doesn't Kow option and said it would be fine. I guess it was.MARISA S C.

Im a regular customer that rents a 6x12 enclosed trailer to haul our bands equipment at least twice a month. It would be nice if they could save my information in the computer as a regular customer to speed up the prossess when I call next week to rent another trailer. You could ask have you ever rented with us before, and if so their name or phone number could bring their information up.WILLIAM B.
