GREGORY TRequested a furniture dolly and mats and neither was available. The truck I was give had an almost flat tire with a nail in it. When asked the attendant said there was no pump on the premise. Went to the Shell station across the street to put air in it. really should have been offered another vehicle.
Renato NTruck was clean and ready, but I also added a dolly and protective pads to my rental. When I arrived, they told me they did not have any. He said he was going to credit my account but that does not help my situation. I had to go to Walmart and buy some. He also told me the truck had 3/4 of a tank. I went to the truck and took a photo and showed him it was a little more than 1/2 a tank. Small things like that is what makes the experience not a pleasant one.
