I expected to have a 20 foot truck never got it; no phone call about not being at that location. I had to make multiple trips because of it. And be charged 100 miles on hold and have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Very poor job.
RAMIR GSince it was our first time renting a car in UHaul, we were not familiar with many of the procedures. However, the front desk staff were particularly impatient and had a poor attitude, which was a very bad experience. They even charged us an extra ten dollars. At first, we thought it was for the mileage fee, but later the bill was sent and charged again
