Stop robbing ppl with fees
RICARDO FEasy in and ou rental 10 ‘ truck place was not busy and the guy was very quick a year ago i give bad review because the same guy was so busy attending the gas station and I don’t knew he was alone doing everything.
Pilar MI can't describe to you how gross, creepy, dirty, and broken down this location is. i genuinely think it's un salvageable and u-haul would be better abandoning this location. Not to mention the staff.... they are doing everything they can to give u-haul a bad name. these guys are terrible, just takes one look at their 1 star average reviews which paint a pretty bad picture of multiple negative incidents and interactions. couple con men hiding behind uhauls brand and reputation to rob the neighborhood.
Zack ELoved that the haul truck was new and had android auto. Very satisfied. 15/10 will rent again.
