Had 0 gas in the uhaul and the back of the uhaul floor was covered in drywall dust
DYLAN HMake the app more efficient, very time consuming, maybe have the customer driver license on file to help, kept getting error when taking my dl photo. The waiting on approval review takes way to long and you have to maneuver around the app to see the approval. This is my 3rd rental in 4 months with another one coming next month and the self service can be frustrating as this last rental was the worst!

Edward KPickup was pretty easy, we used self pickup. They did not include the dolly we had ordered, luckily someone was in the service garage and got one for us.
