RAIMUNDA DThe facility was small and cramped, with one of the pull-through exits blocked off, forcing a tight turnaround. The attendant didn’t bother to come out of his air-conditioned office—just pointed through the window and told me where to put the trailer. No help whatsoever. I seriously considered dropping the trailer right in the middle of the lot, but my wife talked me out of it. Bottom line: the equipment worked, eventually, but the service, support, and value were severely lacking.
