I had to go to Romeoville and pick up a truck and I had to put more miles on the truck which it was inconvenience and more money and I’ve been having issues with U-Haul quite often and I run trucks from used guys all the time I would like for the manager to call me or email me, but when I call and try to speak to a manager, a manager never gets in contact with me and I could never get in contact with a manager for the location in Romeoville. The trucks are real clean and they’re very professional. Yes, I would recommend somebody to go to Romeoville. They’re very polite and nice.
