The location was right on a busy road, but it was basically a shack. There were piles of old tires everywhere and junk everywhere. If I had to return that truck as a single woman at night, I would’ve been distressed. I do not recommend that location at all. I never spoke to anyone so I can’t rate their actual service. It was convenient to drop the key off. The whole process was smooth through U-Haul’s pre-set system. That part was great!
