This location didn’t have the original truck that I rented. My reservation was put in back in February. I had to settle for a bigger truck. Although I was given it at the rate of a smaller one, it was way bigger and a little tricky to get it into the venue that I was working at. I was told this location is a “drop off point only” therefore, the trucks aren’t guaranteed

The location was right on a busy road, but it was basically a shack. There were piles of old tires everywhere and junk everywhere. If I had to return that truck as a single woman at night, I would’ve been distressed. I do not recommend that location at all. I never spoke to anyone so I can’t rate their actual service. It was convenient to drop the key off. The whole process was smooth through U-Haul’s pre-set system. That part was great!
