The location and the general condition of the vehicle was fine. The check engine light was on and didn't ever indicate any specific problem.
Chris BThis location didn’t have the original truck that I rented. My reservation was put in back in February. I had to settle for a bigger truck. Although I was given it at the rate of a smaller one, it was way bigger and a little tricky to get it into the venue that I was working at. I was told this location is a “drop off point only” therefore, the trucks aren’t guaranteed
JOSEPH CThe location was right on a busy road, but it was basically a shack. There were piles of old tires everywhere and junk everywhere. If I had to return that truck as a single woman at night, I would’ve been distressed. I do not recommend that location at all. I never spoke to anyone so I can’t rate their actual service. It was convenient to drop the key off. The whole process was smooth through U-Haul’s pre-set system. That part was great!
