The location is wildly unorganized, like invoices taped to walls and stacked everywhere. Definitely didn’t feel confident about getting my rental through them. And this is after my rental was changed from a 10 ft truck to a 15 ft truck, from in my town to an hour away in another state all without my knowledge. And seemingly last minute as I was told until I picked up my truck and the lady at Kent’s flooring says I’ve been on her books for days with the 15 ft truck. So why wasn’t I notified days earlier when Ugaul changed my reservation and knew it, but I didn’t get the call until the day before my trip. Beyond pissed and will no longer use Uhaul and will not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing, pissed and cost way more than it was supposed to, several hundred dollars more.

ROCKY Bprolonged wait time due to other customers as the location sells flooring, carpeting, acts as retailer for FedEx and UPS. I was rented a truck with a massive dent in the front bumper; i felt safe driving it myself but another driver with passengers may not. Not sure if that is a big vehicle safety issue or not.
