I was contacted the day before the reservation that my truck and trailer were unavailable in my town and I had the choice of just cancelling or to drive 2h to get them at a location where they were available. While I got a credit for it, I believe we should know at least a few days before. I had to cancel lost of things last minute and this made it unnecessary stressful. That said, the people at location in Joncquiere are top notch. The place was inviting and clean.
