- One of the safety cable was missing/damaged, was told by rep this was ok. - The right tail light was not working, although right brake/flasher was working, was told by rep this was ok. - The connection harness had bare copper showing on the wire, had to fix it myself.

Gino TI was contacted the day before the reservation that my truck and trailer were unavailable in my town and I had the choice of just cancelling or to drive 2h to get them at a location where they were available. While I got a credit for it, I believe we should know at least a few days before. I had to cancel lost of things last minute and this made it unnecessary stressful. That said, the people at location in Joncquiere are top notch. The place was inviting and clean.

Des instructions plus claires devraient être données dès le départ. Plusieurs personnes attendaient pour rien et vivaient de la frustration encore plus quand ils sont su qu’ils attendaient pour rien

NADINE DThe Representative at the location went overboard to help out. I was in a situation where I needed to haul a motorcycle to Toronto from Alma, over the weekend. I absolutely needed a trailer, totally unplanned, and I was not prepared.. no reservation, and arrived at the location at 4:30pm on a Friday evening. He stayed well after(almost an hour) the regular working hours just to help me out, set the whole thing up, loaded my motorcycle on the trailer, and made sure I was all set for the 1000+km drive The best service I have come across.
Dheeraj KJ ai voulu le louer rendu a Québec et le laisser a jonquiere près de chez moi et j ai trouver ca vraiment chère. Genre 270$ pour faire quebec Saguenay au lieux de 50$ pour Saguenay ,Québec,Saguenay. Merci très bon service .
claude sI still can’t believe that you cannot guarantee that the pickup location will be the same as the one selected during the reservation. I was told 2 days before my pickup that in had to drive 4 hours to a different location to pickup my trailer. This is the worst customer experience I‘ve ever encountered to be honest, even with the 50% off

Nicolas SAlmost caused accidents because the tires are not is good condition. Its winter here in quebec not arizona. The employee gave me good advices and how buttons works. But the equipment was dangerous and really not safety. I paid way too much for risking my life many time this day.

CHRISTELLE LThe truck was really worn out... Covered in rust. The right door was making so much noise with the wind that we could not even hear the radio. The 2 12v plugs were not fonctionnal. In short, that truck needs A LOT of love, or pure retirement. I feel that what I paid for, regarding the condition of the vehicule, was too expensive.
