Location was fine and employees were very helpful, but U Haul’s computer system suffered a crash at time of my checkout which made that process more troublesome than I’m used to encountering with your company, and I was delayed a while when I was on a pretty strict timeline. Fortunately it wasn’t excessive and resulting in any major issues because your vendor was very cooperative in working around the issue. Keep working on making your system more robust and resilient when dealing with rentals from your associated vendors to help stop issues like that from happening would be my hope that you can improve for your customers in the future.
