Please note: This was not the location that we scheduled and they pulled a switch to another 20. Minutes away location the evening before. The 2nd location was very helpful but the original location are not reliable! Going more miles to and back to the 2nd location caused us to pay $50 more and that should be your issue since the company changed and not us! Sad as we typically have great customer care with U-Haul but this time was very disappointing. Thanks.

Everything was great
DEVERIC HLocation was fine and employees were very helpful, but U Haul’s computer system suffered a crash at time of my checkout which made that process more troublesome than I’m used to encountering with your company, and I was delayed a while when I was on a pretty strict timeline. Fortunately it wasn’t excessive and resulting in any major issues because your vendor was very cooperative in working around the issue. Keep working on making your system more robust and resilient when dealing with rentals from your associated vendors to help stop issues like that from happening would be my hope that you can improve for your customers in the future.
