my original location didn't have what I wanted. called customer service number and was given two options to drive to clay center 35 miles away. Also, to drive to Salina, Ks, 53 miles away from Fort Riley, Ks. to get the equipment I needed. When I had reserved a truck and auto transport, at least a week in advance. This is 3 times this has happened. Very POOR Customer Support. Why it is this way, no idea, but it sucked.

michele pI rented under the 24/7 method. The app is slow and glitchy. It took me an hour to get everything finished during pick up. If someone can update the app to be more user friendly the pick up and drop off time would be faster.
