The U-Haul app is absolutely not user-friendly and made the return of the vehicle so stressful it wouldn’t accept pictures. It was out of order. I had already dropped the keys before it even asked for pictures because it told me too. Please fix that.

Mark DI reserved a 4x8 trailer. The wiring was not working when I arrived and I was forced to take a 5x8. Driving this bigger trailer over 1200 miles caused me significantly more in fuel costs. This could have been avoided if the trailer was maintained and checked in advance.
