The staff was friendly and professional. The gentleman that assisted my family and I went above the call of duty. I purchased a hitch ball and draw bar at my local U-Haul store (Tanglewood, Sebring, FL) for my automobile. It turns out I was sold the wrong size and was not informed that I needed an adapter to work with the U-Haul trailer. Thank God he had exactly what I needed (his last hitch ball/draw bar) for my Mercedes GLS 450. There is nothing I can even begin to suggest to improve the customer experience. They were there when I needed the assistance the most.

I didn't go in as I dropped it off after hours through phone app. Everything worked well and key drop off was easy to find.
