Don VOur truck was not at the location selected. Staff was in helpful and tried to push extra costs. We had to have family members take time off to drive the truck to our location. Overall a very poor experience.

Amanda MWe arrived at 1:15 to drop off the U-Haul and there was a sign indicating that employees would be back at 2:30, over an hour later. My drop off time was 2 and there was no one there to talk to.
