The vehicle should be fuelled and ready to go. When a customer asks to have the vehicle filled before leaving this should be a request that is honoured instead of indicating that in the contract it indicates that the fuel is not completely filled and the renter can just fill it up as the fuel gave indicates.

That being said, the U-Haul representative in customer service we spoke to was so accommodating and we got a great deal! We would definitely book a u haul truck again if needed!
