This was an abysmal experience. The automated check in did not work, the steps made no sense, and it was declined several times. It even said the reservation was cancelled because they asked for a person to call for verification, but the store was closed so there was no one to call my friend to verify. Finally, my daughter figured it out 45 minutes later, then we went to the lock box for the key, and it was empty! By chance the owner of the garage, not U-Haul, happened to be there and went into the office, and after some searching, found the key. Otherwise, we couldn’t have moved. I would never suggest moving using an automated check-in, always have a person on site to talk to. I would also go to an actual U-Haul location, as I’d trust that more.

Marina WOffice isnt obvious to find. There is a large uhaul sign (which was blocked when I arrived) but doesn't clearly indicate where the office is. The office is a clutter mess but the staff and service was wonderful.
