The appliance trolley we rented was completely rusted out to the point some of the metal was not attached together making it unsafe. The straps did not work and the devices to allow to go down the stairs or up did not work. We ended up having to carry the fridge. This is unacceptable when paying full rental fee for something and it's complete garbage. I will never rent from that location again and U-Haul can do way better than that.

The only improvement I can think of is that the nice service lady had to re-enter my information and choices that I already entered when I reserved on-line. U-Haul could streamline the pick-up process if the equipment was reserved on-line.
