I will not recommend u-haul to anyone at any time. I was given a drop off location, which was then changed to another drop off location. When I went to that location, they gave me a third location to drop it off. When I went to the third location, my GPS gave me the address in front of a condominium. I had to take it to a fourth address which did not take trailers. The lady there was very helpful and contacted the regional manager who allowed me to leave the trailer there even though they only have trucks. Like I said, I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone at any time.
