the customer service was top notch and a pleasant experience! the only criticism i have is the truck having its back door stuck and having to call to have someone open it and also the check engine light was on. but other than that it was good!

Definitely explain the pricing better online and in person. I reserved online and the uhaul was 29.00 but with tax I was expecting around $40. I also added a dolly, but they didn't have any. It was not showing that they didn't have any online. Then the checkout was terrible when I got there. It was supposed to be a fast easy check-in on my phone I got all the way to the end just to be told to chat with someone. So I go inside and the lady had to enter everything in all over again. Then the price changed from $40 to $63.00 plus a holding fee of $100. I'm not sure what the holding fee was but I ask the lady when will I get it back and she stated that she didn't know 3 to 5 days. I think customers should know exactly when this hold is off and it did not say anything about a holding fee online. I'm not sure what happened when I returned it. I looked on my statement and only saw $100 taking off not the $63. Again I was told $63 and then a holding fee. I've never went through this renting a uhaul in town. I would not be going back to this location.

ROMAINE SI will not recommend u-haul to anyone at any time. I was given a drop off location, which was then changed to another drop off location. When I went to that location, they gave me a third location to drop it off. When I went to the third location, my GPS gave me the address in front of a condominium. I had to take it to a fourth address which did not take trailers. The lady there was very helpful and contacted the regional manager who allowed me to leave the trailer there even though they only have trucks. Like I said, I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone at any time.
