The U-Haul truck we rented was very dirty on the outside to the point there was bug residue all over the windshield. There was candy in the door handle. But the worst part about the vehicle that we rented was the truck wouldn’t turn over unless you pump the gas pedal. I think that is extremely unacceptable. If you are renting a vehicle at a premium to the point where someone has to troubleshoot just getting the truck to start, thankfully, I work on vehicles and I was able to troubleshoot it, but I believe a discount should be given back to our account. Thank ypu.

ALBERT JEasy location to find and I felt safe leaving my car there for 6 hours. The office was closed when I picked up my rental, but the UHaul app was helpful with walking me through the steps and getting the key. Drop off was equally easy using the app.
