We dropped off a trailer early, the night before it was due, and we were charged $20 for turning it in "after hours"! It was also a bit confusing exactly where we were supposed to park it, but I think we got it right. There was nothing explained to us at pick-up about needing to return packing blankets folded, and we were charged $24 cleaning fee for unfolded blankets! Unexpected charges- no bueno dudes!
JAMES KPlace was closed. Never returned my call. Another man was dropping off uhaul truck and helped me lift trailer. Place was closed before 4pm.
