the truck was reserved for 8am the store didnt open until 10am, then i could not rent the ttruck because it had hole in gas tank i am very mad

Jeffrey SThe equipment was dirty, there was barely in service and no wifi that affected our checkout and check in process bc the site kept crashing. The break on the truck was difficult to use and the mirrors couldn’t be adjusted unlike other trucks we had before from Uhaul. The owners were nice but they didn't follow their business hours (they were gone before 4 o’clock and their hours said they’d be open until 6)
