Due to a simultaneous bad experience with move helpers through U-Haul this location was very understanding of my situation. The issue is ongoing in terms of how to resolve what I experienced and having rented a truck that I did not use because of the move helpers

I was told I could pick up the truck at 10:00 pm using the mobile app. The day before I was to pick up the truck, the location called a said I had to pick it up early, no later than 9:30 pm and there was no mobile app pick up possible.
VAL CPick up and drop off were quick and easy.
CRAIG LThe associate failed to properly hook up the trailer and it detached from my hitch causing damage to both the trailer as well as my truck. This is a satellite location. The employees tasked with booking up trailers need to be better trained.
