Aggrey SDue to a simultaneous bad experience with move helpers through U-Haul this location was very understanding of my situation. The issue is ongoing in terms of how to resolve what I experienced and having rented a truck that I did not use because of the move helpers
RAYNOLA HI was told I could pick up the truck at 10:00 pm using the mobile app. The day before I was to pick up the truck, the location called a said I had to pick it up early, no later than 9:30 pm and there was no mobile app pick up possible.
VAL CPick up and drop off were quick and easy.
