There was a problem with their system. It wasn’t processed from the prior rental, so I waited for 25 minutes for them to process everything. There was nobody there at the pick up location to assist. Location is not accurate with Google maps and uhaul no truck was hiding in the back, behind a bunch of cars at the car shop.
