The van was not cleaned properly and I reported it to the staff and said I can return in the same condition. I had to blow clean the utility area after reaching home. The van reported that air in the tires was not enough and reported that to the office as well but was told that it could be due to the temperature and nothing to worry. Looks like the air pressure sensor is not working and it showed the warning all the time. I was afraid the whole time if something could go wrong during my rental period. I noticed some scratches and dents in the car while picking up and reported that as well and I couldn’t upload the pictures too. I was told that I could take and keep pictures for my reference. And also I was told that since I paid $15 for the insurance I need not worry. Yes I have insurance but I can’t accept liability for something that already exists just because I have insurance. This is the first time I had a different experience at U-Haul.

VILEATHA SYou reserve a dolly and a furniture equipment in that location does not carry any of that stuff. It was super inconvenient to have to go rent those extras at another location when you’re trying to move and have a whole team ready to pack you and you can’t.
