I used my phone, as I've done before, to do the check in process. It stated I needed to go inside for the keys instead of having them in a lookbox ready. The place was locked. I called the number given on the door and left a message. I never received a call back and they canceled my reservation. I will use another place for my uhual reservation in the future.
