There were no clear instructions on how to pick up the keys for the truck. There was no body at the site to help with the process. The location of parking the Uhaul was not convenient and dangerous. I had to call a representative to get insructions on how to access the keys from a lock box that took me additional 30 mins from when i wanted to the truck to be ready and get started. There was another location in North Arlington which is closer to where i live that I had initially reserved for but got moved to this new location stating that there were no trucks and the morning of the pick up there were 4-5 trucks sitting at that location, so not sure why i was asked to move to a different location.
