You guys make it a nightmare to retrieve a code, why not have us do the driver’s license, driver picture information & verifying through another number prior to getting there? It shouldn’t take nearly 30-40 minutes for me to get a 4 digit pin when I arrive.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTook us 2 hours to rent this van I wouldn’t suggest anyone goes to this location
JOSHUA CThe lockbox instructions needs to be more clear, also when booking the reservation there should be something letting the customer know that this location uses a lockbox. I had to call U-Haul to get the code which delayed my moving for the day.
