Customer service was none existent! I was there for 45 mins try to pick up the truck because they guy didnt want to do anything and instsist that i can only do the check in online and there was nothing he can do for me. On top of that, when i was done with the whole online verification fiasco, the proceed to lecture my friend about driving the truck, when i specifically told him that i will be the only driver. If that is not the worse part of it all. I was charged over $200 for 5 hours, when i asked they guy to switch me over to unlimited miles for the day, he refused and told me that there is nothing he can do about it. I had never had such a terrible rental experience and i will not rent from Uhaul again. And i will advise my friends and family to stay away from This location.

I had the worst experience ever with the online smartphone pickup process. Too many issues to detail. A friend needing truck had same problems. I'll be using budget from now on. The service at pickup was able to help me so they get good marks for that

Fully focused rep not stepping out during process to pump gas. Have truck ready and not have to wait 10-15 mins of time being charged to get trucks out if the way to get the van you reserved. Check out receipt to know what was the final bill.

It was chaos. The man on the phone was rude, customer service with U-Haul didn’t help at all. I called 3 days in advance to reserve, arrive, told I have to down load an app... it was a mess!

I am very unhappy with the service I recieved yesterday. I have never had such headaches picking up a U-Haul rental. I will not recommend this location to anybody. The truck was not ready for pick up. Did not have request equipment loaded as other places do (I did not even recieve requsted hand truck) and the truck was blocked in by other vehicles that were not proptly moved. I was 1 hour late getting started with my move and had people waiting that I had to pay to stand around. I have never been so unhappy with a U-Haul experience.

Those guys in that location are an assholes.. they don’t even know how to treat customers. They never told me what’s my vehicle number, dumbass shit, asked me to take out the sheet which written for advertising like 19:9, whatever you ask they simply say go online, when I was on call with uhaul, they were like go online do some bad shit

This uhual location should shut down, the staffs there are very unhelpful, they don't even familiar with the procedure and I have to make a check-in online all by myself. They don't know how to deal with the problem I have and suggest me to make a phone call to uhual center, it wasted me like one and a half hour to do it, btw, the truck I rent has some problem too, some indicate lights are on while I know they should not to be.

Truck wasn't accessible for my reservation selection, which delayed my pick-up by 1 hour and 30 minutes. Even if the self checkout had worked like offered on uhaul, the gas station clerk had the key, which wasn't open until 10am, again 1 hour and 30 minutes past my reservation selection. No prompt online informed me of self check out option or that my reservation wouldn't be available. The truck also did not have my requested additional equipment, which I had to ask for before leaving.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! The owner has his staff stamp on your receipt that you must provide a receipt to prove you put gas in before you return the truck. When I challenged this policy, the owner (who was not available on site, only by phone) yelled at me and talked over me to explain that all of his customers are thieves and cheat on their gas. He "allowed" me to not sign this stamp but had his staff take a photo of both the gas gauge and odometer before I left. Sure enough, when I came back, the staff insisted I hadn't refilled the tank. The photos from when I picked up the truck proved otherwise. The store only allows "one uhaul customer to be in the store at a time" and "does not allow" customers to be on their phone, but the staff refused to check me in and instead insisted I download the uhaul app FIVE TIMES before they would process my rental in store. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told to leave the store and call him, only to be talked over and dictated to. It took me one hour to pick up my truck. My rental started at 10:30 am. My receipt for when I was finally able to pay and leave is time stamped 11:28 am. I've probably rented 12 uhaul trucks in the past few years. Each time, I've had friendly, prompt service, which allowed me to get on with whatever moving I had to do. I have never been treated with such disrespect, or been accused of being a thief and a cheat. I have never been talked over and interrupted by someone who is responsible for customer service, who won't even show up on site. Frankly, I felt sorry for the staff members who were stuck enforcing the owner's ridiculous policies while he was offsite and only available by phone. Do not give this place your business.

Customer service is terrible. The woman behind the counter did not want to check me in. She told me i had to download the app or check in online. Then told me i had to step outside. The contract is bs and she refused to give me the dolly that i had reserved and paid for.

I reserve the truck onlin. But they didn’t my information. The person that I call on the phone number listed was nasty. I rent a $19.95!truck and they charge me $39.95. This is insane!

The dealer tried Lie for gas. The printe out papers show gas level was different with gas meter read. And dealer tell me need to full gas back 5-7mile Per gallon .and uhaul have a lot of Extra charge For your total

Customer service needs improvement: very unfriendly. Also, a fee of $25 was going to be accessed if I didn't show a gas receipt, this I believe's illegal. I will be sending my findings to the New Jersey Attorney General's Office on this matter.

When I arrived two pickup my rental the truck that was assigned to me did not start, battery was dead. I was asked to contact road side, waisted more than a couple of hours at the pickup location calling different Dept in uhaul customer services and roadside. the owner at the pickup location was of no help. horrible horrible uhaul experience, never heard of.

Upon picking up cargo van, employees couldn’t find the keys for my rental...the worst part of my rental experience was returning the cargo van, they added a mile to my end of rental miles used I had to call customer services and the location’s manager, they gave me the run around...I absolutely,” DO NOT “ recommend this location what so ever!!

Firstly the car was stinking so bad that I couldn’t switch on the AC. I was running on a clock so didn’t have the time to switch locations and find another van. There was only one van at this location. After managing my trip somehow, I called the manager to complain about it. Instead of apologising to me, he asked me why I didn’t check before taking it out. Like it’s my fault that I took it. Pathetic experience, pathetic manager, pathetic van.

The car was absolutely unserviceable. I asked if the vehicle was checked and they said yes they always check it. The vehicle smelled of fish. It was unmistakable. I figured I just wanted to get the job done so I roughed it out. It was a horrible experience. All my belongings wreak of fish. Hopefully they’ll air out by tomorrow. When I expressed my experience to the attendant they laughed and she said her coworker had mentioned that to her. She was completely unsympathetic to my situation. To make matters worse the guy forced me to buy gas. I only drove the vehicle six miles but he said I needed to purchase a dollars worth of gas. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had renting a vehicle. I had to pay 50 something dollars to ruin my moving experience. I would like a refund if possible.
