The lady that handles Uhaul customers wasnt there and after going through the process I got the feeling she is never there as we had to do it over the phone. I was forced to allow someone I dont know to take a picture of my DL so now a stranger has my private information on his phone. If she would have been there I wouldn't have had to do that.
