ALI FThis entire experience was awful. The customer service was extremely poor/none existent. I was hit with fuel charges even though I fueled up the truck to the same level I received it. I was never credited back for this error even though I filed a complaint and provided proof. I was also erroneously charged twice for the same service which was later reversed. The store keeper is totallly dishonest. After all I was put through, i can confidential say that i will never recommend Uhaul to anyone. I will be filing a complaint with BBB for sure.
