How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was unhappy to be charged $10 for an alleged fuel shortage. Five minutes before I returned the truck, I filled to 75%, more than it had been when I took it (between 5/8 and 3/4). But when I returned the truck five minutes later, it registered 5/8 so I got charged an extra $10. I told the person that the fuel gauge was faulty but I had to pay extra anyway.
John WClearly the vehicle was not properly checked before I came to pick it up. There were multiple tears in the ceiling that resulted in my stuff getting soaked, and ultimately ruined as a result of the move.
