The U-Haul representative at the pickup location of Rocky’s Market in Kenmore, WA stated that reimbursement for excess fuel upon rental dropofff in Oakland, CA would be credited to my total bill. I returned the vehicle with.a fuel level of 3/4 tank, and picked up the vehicle with 5/8 fuel level. The U-Haul representative at the dropoff location stated that they would not reimburse me
