We ordered 60 blankets for our move. Half were clean and folded, but the other half were a giant knot of blankets that were wet and dirty. I'd rather he had just told us he didn't have 60 blankets than charge us for dirty ones. He was also very unprofessional. His store was disgusting—his work desk sits right out front and it was gross. He also didn't have any of the supplies we pre-ordered. He didn't even understand what a TV moving box is—he said he had them, then showed up with a bunch of wardrobe boxes, said "this is it," and walked away. He was also missing the shrink wrap for furniture we'd ordered. On top of that, he tried to add my husband as a phone contact instead of an authorized driver, which would have left us without the proper protections. My husband had to catch the mistake and correct it himself. Terrible experience.
