The manager simply asked me if there was any damage to the trailer (there wasn't any), after which I unhitched the trailer and drove to my new home.

Person who checked me in was not very communicative and didn't seem to understand me. It was quick and efficient, but may be a little too efficient. There was a language barrier and I am sure the person was doing the best they could. Me too.
