Stop asking customers to pick items up at a different location and then not have anything avaliable for pick up at the said new location. I was given 3 different pick up locations. First the one I chose, and was then asked to go to a different location because the second location had too many trailers and needed them moved, to find that they in fact had no trailers and I was then sent to my third location. Only offer locations that will in fact have the item people ask for when they make a reservation and you could avoid needing to have customers change locations in the first place.

JOHN GStill the same issue. I only had the trailer for 5.5 hours but was pro-rated for 2 days. I was not offered a refund for the second day. Little upsetting and feels like robbery
