JOHN GStill the same issue. I only had the trailer for 5.5 hours but was pro-rated for 2 days. I was not offered a refund for the second day. Little upsetting and feels like robbery

Megan DMy original location failed to let anyone know they were closed. Very unprofessional and refused to make it right at the original location of Grandridge Self Storage. Very disappointed in the customer service there. A to Z was great, Grandridge Self Storage was awful.
