THOMAS PI dropped off Sunday afternoon, so no one was there, but the drop off site was good. No complaints.
JAMES RLocation was fine and the customer service there was great. However, this location is 50 miles from my home and was not the location where my reservation was made for, < 5 miles from my home. I was not informed of this change until the day before my pickup, and the location was closed (Jan 1 holiday). It’s disappointing that scheduling/logistics couldn’t have notified me earlier (or made changes to get the trailer relocated closer to me) as I hadn’t planned an additional two hours of traveling ( 1 hour each way), and they wouldn’t compensate me for the travel or inconvenience.
GERALD HOverall excellent, especially when the owner called me 1-2 days before the rental to explain the process. As for U-Haul, it would have been nice for the company to explain the process for tolls before the rental. U-Haul's phone support was excellent.
