Kevin PI was charged for gas when I clearly replaced the gas at the same level as it had been when I picked up. The fee was unfair and exorbitant. I will not rent from Uhaul again.
JAMES PHighly dissatisfied with the truck! Had no idea there wouldn’t be a ramp! The check/in and out process was ridiculous. took forever website and app crashed a ton of times. when i returned i couldn’t get anything to go through. The location itself was great and the staff were very helpful. But I’m pretty sure there is enough technology that UHaul can come up with a better app or website.
