I was charged for gas when I clearly replaced the gas at the same level as it had been when I picked up. The fee was unfair and exorbitant. I will not rent from Uhaul again.

Highly dissatisfied with the truck! Had no idea there wouldn’t be a ramp! The check/in and out process was ridiculous. took forever website and app crashed a ton of times. when i returned i couldn’t get anything to go through. The location itself was great and the staff were very helpful. But I’m pretty sure there is enough technology that UHaul can come up with a better app or website.
Shelly MIt was a BP station, rather than a UHaul place, so it’s not the same, but it’s fine.
Andrew BThe U-Haul drove horrible needs to see a mechanic. It took an hour for me to get the U-Haul guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing. Customers walking out with merchandise unpaid. Then charged me for 200 hundred miles only used 61.4 told the same guy when I returned it and he didn't refund me. The stress of moving is enough but to add to it for the U-Haul was god awful. Never again will I rent here.
Ashley RThe only way this location can be improved is for both customers and for UHaul to run... run far away. Do NOT allow this location to be a UHaul authorized facility any longer. The owner was downright nasty, making sure I knew how much I had inconvenienced him. He is a fuel station owner. He waited on other fuel station customers, making me wait. He made me use the mobile check in to check in (which I could've done from home), even though I requested Counter Check-In. He refused to add the SafeTrip coverage, first claiming he never heard of it, then claiming it could not be added. He tried to change the pre-set drop-off location (it was already set for PA. I caught where he changed it to his gas station and made him change it back). He had no scanner, so I had to upload photos of my own ID. His system is so old, it took 3 attempts, and a wait time of at least 5 min, just for the scan of the back of my ID (bar code) to upload. When it wasn't initially uploading, he implied that I was doing something incorrectly, and that I would need to cancel my UHaul pickup and go get a truck elsewhere. My entire check-in time was over 30 minutes, even though there were no other UHaul customers and only 4 gas station customers. The truck was dirty. The driver's door would not close unless slammed repeatedly. It had been left partially open overnight, so the door had collected rain water on the inside and on the driver's seat. The truck was parked against a barbed wire fence. The driver's door kept getting caught on the barbed wire. There was trash in the back of the truck, and mud/dirt in the cab. The truck had over 160k miles on it and ran really rough. The ramp was bent - it took 2 people to get it to snap into place. The gas station owner had noted 1/4 tank of gas on the contract. There was LESS than 1/4 tank, all documented by photos. By the time I got fuel in the truck and got back on the road, I was late getting back to my house, where my hired movers were already waiting.
