Inform customer that if you're unable to download Uhaul app for checkout to then go to confirmation email to access checkout info. Calling uhaul info line had extremely long wait so while on hold I was able to watch video to learn the lockout check out.

Employee failed to fully tighten the hitch ball connection and on my way to return the trailer it came apart over a railroad intersection. I had to drag the trailer on chains for the last two blocks I'm glad it didn't happen at another location.

The only thing I would improve is better inventory, since they only have a couple of pieces of equipment, but the service is great and the staff is very friendly. So definitely I am coming back if I ever need an small u haul

I have rented several times from this location, despite it being a bit out of my way. The reason is Tyler, the Uhaul guy. Fast, friendly, professional and just an all around good guy. With customer service getting tough to find these days, I really value the way he treats people. I can't say enough good with how limited this format is, but if I could rate 11 on a 10 scale I would.

who ever cleaned the windshield must have used a dirty rag. Looked clean until sun shining through it than it became extremely difficult to see out. otherwise vehicle was clean but needed an oil change according to electronic dash board.

Tyler was great. Took 1/4 of the time it takes to get a trailer from an actual uhaul location. I will go back here if I ever need a trailer again.

If you want to rent a UHAUL from a boat shop, I wouldn't. The little blonde gal was clueless. Took over a hour just for her to figure out how to rent a flatbed UHAUL. Was awful, we already had a long day, she made it much worse and added much stress to our already incredibly busy day.

The equipment was clean and ready for us when we arrived, however upon getting home noticed one of the tires were completely flat. There was previously a plug used in one of the tires(the one that was flat) and U-Haul said that they don't allow plugs. So I had to wait an hour for someone to come and replace the tire.

Everything went smoothly and quickly and recognozed teh value of the customer. The service person did everything he could to make up for the poor coordination of the corporate people and schedulers. They were great. The corporate side of the company leaves me wondering why the company is still in business. The corporate representative FORGOT WHO THE CUSTOMER IS!
