Truck had a leak in the roof by the grandma's attic, after heavy rainfall that day water dripped onto 2 mattresses and several boxes. customer was disappointed.

Nobody was there, so I used the app and the key drop box. It wasn’t particularly clean or inviting with the overflowing trash container out front, but overall it was easy to find and access everything.
Matthew SDifficult to commuinicate - no repsonse on phone messages before and during pick-up (Sun AM). Finnaly reached by text message after pick up had been frozen in the app. Apparently we missed the 1 hour pick upo window tryiong to find someone to advise on the process.

Mark GI was extremely pleased with my recent experience renting a U-Haul trailer from the Roxbury location. The staff was very friendly and professional. The suggestions made by the staff were instrumental in renting the correct trailer based on the heavy items I needed to transport. The reservation process was easy and included a guarantee that the U-Haul vehicle would be available for the day I needed it. In my opinion the staff went above and beyond by attaching the trailer to my vehicle and then removing it when I returned. This is the place to go if/when you are planning to rent from U-Haul. I will definitely be renting, again, in the near future, to pick up the equipment I originally transported.
