Very nice service.
John SRental place was not aware of my reservation and they were closed. I called the number on the building and nobody answered. I had to call U-Haul customer service and a regional scheduler called me back and a representative quickly vacuumed the interior and replaced the wiper blades. He was quick to get me on the road and that was appreciated. The inside of the back of the truck was dirty and greasy in spots, staining my mattress and boxspring. The driver door was rubbing the front fender and made it difficult to open and close the door properly.
MICHAEL MOnly issue U-Haul changed trailer size with no prior notice. We had to take a smaller trailer or none at all. Lucky for us it ultimately worked out that cargo fit. Close call to catastrophe!
