The drop off went smoothly however uploading photos of odometer to complete the transaction proved to be challenging. Assistance by phone was excellent.

While I would have preferred a closer location to Penticton for pickup, it was a scenic ride to Keremeos. One of the side tie down rails in the trailer unit was broken/missing.
